At Devoiler UAE, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used by the customer.
Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed depending on the issuing bank of the card.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
- The item must be free from damage, stains, perfume, or alterations
Devoiler UAE reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance
- Customized or altered products
- Products damaged due to improper use by the customer
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
